Our Community

Hello, everyone!

Last week was another great one. There were so many new works presented and the children are excited! Snack preparation and cooking are in full swing. We have started making our own apple sauce, orange juicing, coffee and spice grinding. We also had a walking field trip to the park.  Our small group reading time in the hallway is also one of the highlights in our students' day. Thank you so much to our parent volunteers. We are so grateful for your love and support.

I had several parents that are also grateful for the Second Step home links. Please send us your feedback or questions, if you have any.

This week, parent observations will begin. If you have not signed up for a time slot, you can do it here. November 14th is Parent-Teacher Conferences. Please sign up for it here.

Lastly, we have some Donorschoose projects that will expire soon. Please consider helping us fulfill some of these projects. This and this are the closest to getting fully funded. To keep the ball rolling, I have also donated to these projects today. I would also like to report that I have already purchased the worm compost bin. So many things to look forward to! =)
